The photo exhibition commemorating the 1956 Revolution and Freedom Fight, organized by the Embassy of Hungary, opened at Nybroplan in Stockholm.
Ambassador Lilla Makkay, Ms. Márta Mátrai Deputy of the Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly and Mr. Tobias Billström Deputy Speaker of Sveriges Riksdag held opening speeches and lit a candle to commemorate the heroes of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution and Freedom Fight.
The exhibition was open until November 17.
Swedens largest daily newspaper Dagens Nyheter has also recommended the event.
