Christmas Concert organized by the Swedish Representation of the EU
This year on 12th December, for the third time since 2019, the Swedish Representation of the EU Commission held its traditional Christmas concert, with more than 170 performers from 23 countries presenting their nation's best-loved festive songs and music.
Stockholm's Adolf Fredrik Church provided a wonderful setting for the high quality programme, which featured amateur and professional musicians alike.
The Hungarian Chamber Choir of Stockholm gave the audience a taste of the Hungarian Christmas tradition with the song "The Angel from Heaven".
The programme, inspired by the idea of unity in diversity, ended with an uplifting moment: all the participants sang Silent Night in their own language.
