On 8th March 2023, Hungarian Minister of Defence Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky visited snowy Stockholm, where he attended an informal meeting of EU Defence Ministers and held bilateral talks with Swedish Defence Minister Pål Jonson.
The Gripen fighter jet is one of the strategic pillars of Hungarian-Swedish relations. Our Hungarian Gripen pilots and controllers from the MH Szentgyörgyi Dezső 101st Airborne Brigade participated in an annual combat and tactical simulator training in Stockholm. During the training, our soldiers were visited by Hungarian Minister of Defence Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky. We are proud of our soldiers!
